National PTSD Awareness Week

15 Jan

NATIONAL PTSD AWARENESS WEEK. Recovering from post traumatic stress disorder takes strength, faith, and commitment. Men and women in recovery showcase the power each of us holds to transform ourselves, our families, and our communities. As people share their stories and celebrate the transformative power of recovery, they also help dispel myths and stigmas PTSD and offer hope for the future for themselves, their families and their friends.

There are scores of people from all walks of life across America that are not aware to the harmful effects of PTSD, to families, and friends. Also, just as many that have no idea what PTSD even is: POST-TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER. It is time to bring attention to the need for a “National PTSD Awareness” day, week or month.

Veteran Traveling Program In Support of PTSD Awareness

15 Jan

To all my Facebook friends. I am looking for a motor-home, or tour-bus to travel city to city. If you have any ideas or know someone that would like to support a Veteran Traveling Program that is going to be in support of PTSD awareness and much, much more. (ie, a traveling TV broadcast show on wheels) We will be filming your stories, and helping out any organization that supports our Veterans. I’ll be glad to share with you in a private message more about what is going to take place here before long.
